I am a strategic business development leader, marketer and entrepreneur with over 20 years of optimizing profit across a diverse industry base including healthcare, professional services, and consumer packaged goods. I have a proven track record of driving bottom line growth and building new markets within top tier companies such as Mondalez (formerly Kraft), American Express, and Indivior. My recent pursuits have taken me into the start-up world, serving as VP with a Canadian licensed cannabis producer, and ultimately consulting with a variety of small and large cap clients globally.
I hold my BComm from UBC and my executive MBA from Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario. I am honored to sit on the board of the Very Good Butchers, a B.C. based meat-alternative company whose successful IPO became the #1 IPO globally in 2020 with 3000% growth.
Raising the tide of education within addiction and mental health.
One of my favourite roles was in the integral arena of addiction medicine and mental health. I helped drive rapid expansion for grassroots opioid therapy in Western Canada, including the successful development and execution of an accreditation program for new prescribers. I cultivated strategic relationships and successfully navigated political, academic, and clinical environments, generating over 90% growth sales in my first year. I was chosen for the company’s Global Leadership Program and was recipient of their prestigious Sales Excellence award.
Breaking the Golden Handcuffs
After completing my Executive MBA from Ivey Business School, I took the risk of breaking free from the “golden handcuffs” of the corporate world, and branched out into new territory working for myself. Through Elevate Management Consulting, I have lent my business acumen and services to a variety of top tier clients, including those in logistics, medical cannabis, healthcare, and start-ups. I am excited to work with new clients on a variety of projects. My services include strategic sales leadership, feasibility and market analyses, as well as speaking and board engagements.

This project was born out of my personal passion to marry profit with purpose while driving innovation in new markets. I have been told my true edge comes from my ability to distill complex ideas into actionable plans, unifying and mobilizing stakeholders towards a common cause.
