I have been active since I was a child – always up to something, whether playing sports, exploring the playground that is B.C., or pushing myself on a specific adventure like the West Coast Trail. Fitness offers me both solace and sanity, and my competitive nature keeps me driven to push myself in new ways. Skiing, wake surfing, basketball, volleyball, and weight training are among my favourite activities.
